The Downtown Hamilton BIA presents the 2nd Annual “Downtown Localicious Experience” from September 18th to 27th, 2009. In conjunction with our partners Environment Hamilton and Eat Local Initiative we will be organizing this 10 day event where Local Chefs create delectable lunch specials and prix fixe dinner menu items made with the best of the area’s bountiful harvest.
The Downtown Localicious Experience kicks off with a culinary coup: Chefs Jeff Crump and Bettina Schormann of The Ancaster Old Mill will be on stage as our special guests on the evening of Wednesday September 16 to demonstrate a recipe from their lavish new seasonal cookbook, Earth to Table.
